Flying
Your international flight should arrive in Delhi at least one night before your scheduled flight into Leh, Ladakh (all flights into Leh leave early in the morning), and it should depart Delhi after 2:00PM on the same day of your scheduled departure from Leh to Delhi. We recommend allowing an extra day on either end of the trip in Delhi in the event of flight cancellations or delays.
Continental offers direct flights from Newark to Delhi at competitive rates and this flight gets into Delhi at a reasonable hour, compared to European airlines that stop over in Europe. Other airlines we have gone with in the past are British Airways, Air France, AliItalia and Jet Airways, an Indian carrier.
